A safer, smarter way to check in at hotels
TrvlEz was created with a simple idea. Travellers shouldn't have to hand over passports, fill the same forms again and again, or worry about where their document copies end up. At the same time, hotels still need secure, compliant guest verification.
TrvlEz brings both sides together. Using AI-driven identity checks, NFC passport verification, and secure document storage, we help travellers verify themselves once inside the app and reuse that verified identity at partnered hotels using a simple QR code.
Hotels get trusted, audit-ready records. Travellers get faster, paperless check-ins. Everyone gets more peace of mind.
How it all started
It started with a tired toddler and a broken photocopier.
We were checking into a small guesthouse in rural India after a long day of travelling. Our little one was exhausted, ready for bed, and doing their best to hold it together. The owner was warm and welcoming but the process required passports, forms, photocopies, and a machine that had other ideas.
Standing there, watching a lovely host frantically search for working equipment while we quietly tried to keep the peace with a very tired child, it hit us. This moment plays out in thousands of hotels every single day. Not because anyone is doing anything wrong. Just because the tools have not caught up with the world we live in.
TrvlEz was born from that moment. A simple idea. Verify once, and let every check-in after that be exactly what it should be: a warm welcome.
