8.1 Overview
Individuals who meet the eligibility criteria may apply to become a "Findr" and refer hotels to join the Platform in exchange for commission, calculated as described in the Findr programme terms made available within the Findr portal.
8.2 Claim and referral rules
A referral is considered submitted at the date and time it is recorded in our systems. Where two Findr refer the same hotel, the first submitted referral takes priority. A referral remains valid for the claim period stated in the Findr portal at the time of submission. If the referred hotel does not complete onboarding within that period, the claim lapses and the hotel becomes available for referral by any Findr.
8.3 Independent contractor status
You acknowledge and agree that, as a Findr, you are an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, partner, or representative of TrvlEz. You have no authority to bind TrvlEz to any obligation, make representations on our behalf beyond what is provided in official Findr materials, or enter into agreements with hotels on our behalf. You are solely responsible for your own tax obligations arising from commission earned through the Findr programme.
8.4 Conduct
When conducting outreach to hotels as a Findr, you must follow the outreach guidelines provided in the Findr portal, conduct yourself professionally, and represent TrvlEz accurately. Conduct that misrepresents TrvlEz, harasses a hotel, or otherwise breaches Section 6 may result in suspension of your Findr status and forfeiture of pending, unpaid commission relating to the conduct in question.
8.5 Changes to the programme
We may amend the commission structure, claim periods, eligibility criteria, or other terms of the Findr programme from time to time. Changes will apply to referrals submitted after the change takes effect; referrals submitted before a change will be honoured under the terms in place at the time of submission, save where a change is required by law.
